WHO ARE WE & WHAT DO WE DO

iland co. (pronounced 'Island co.') is an Australian fashion Resort Wear label bringing you island style clothing all year round. We design what we sell, which includes kimono's (including maxi or full-length kimonos - our signature product), kaftans, beach dresses, maxi skirts, beach pants, swimsuit cover-ups, maxi dresses, tops and more. We are always adding to our collection with new designs, fabrics and colours.

 

ORDERING

WEBSITE:  We are open 24 hours a day.   Add the items to your cart, select ‘checkout’ and then follow the prompts to enter your shipping details, payment information and any other comments.  If you have any questions or problems, please email us at hello@ilandco.com and we will get back to you ASAP.

 

PAYMENT

Credit card, PayPal, ZipPay and AfterPay are available to complete your purchase.  All payments are processed online securely by PayPal or Swipe and card details are not stored by the site.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

 

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

Online shopping with iland co. is simple and easy.

1. Browse through our website and select the items you wish to purchase by clicking on ADD TO CART you can review your cart at any stage

2. Proceed to the checkout section.

3. Fill out your personal details (name and address and phone number)

4. Provide your shipping address (where you wish the goods to be sent to). 

6. Comments: if you have any special instructions, please note them here

7. Pay - Choose your payment method.

Once completed, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email, together with a tracking number and link.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are packed and shipped daily, Monday through to Friday (except public holidays).

Please expect delays over public holidays, extreme weather conditions and property access for delivery.

F or shipment updates please use the tracking link provided or contact your local postal service with your tracking number. 

By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that iland co. is not liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area.

We have limited control over delivery times and recommend phoning the carrier listed on your email notification. Drivers are not hired by iland co. and therefore out of our control.  Orders cannot be cancelled and or refunded due to delay or loss once in the hands of a shipping party.  

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

*We currently are not shipping to Mexico, South Africa, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Guatemala, Portugal and Afghanistan due to unreliable postal services. 

*WE CURRENTLY ARE NOT SHIPPING TO MEXICO, SOUTH AFRICA, NORTH KOREA, IRAN, SYRIA, YEMEN, GUATEMALA, PORTUGAL & AFGHANISTAN DUE TO UNRELIABLE POSTAL SERVICES

Please Note: All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

iland co. is not liable or responsible for any import taxes or customs due on your order. Rejected packages will not be re-accepted by iland co. or refunded. Please check with your local government before ordering.

 

PRE ORDERS

Please note that when purchasing any PRE ORDER items with other items from our store, your order will be shipped as a single package once all items are available.

 

Australian Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: AUD $10 for orders less than AUD $150

FREE SHIPPING: ORDERS OVER AUD $150

Deliveries within Australia are shipped via local courier or Australia Post.

Delivery usually takes between 2- 5 working days depending on your location and seasonal delays such as peak Christmas season.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped together with a link to track your shipment.

For shipment updates please use the tracking link provided and contact the shipping company directly. They have the most up to date information.

 

New Zealand Shipping Charges

Tracked Standard Shipping: AUD $15 for orders less than AUD $250

FREE SHIPPING: ORDERS OVER AUD $250

USA Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: AUD $15 for orders less than AUD $250

FREE SHIPPING: ORDERS OVER AUD $250

 

Rest of World Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: AUD $25 on all orders

FREE SHIPPING: ORDERS OVER AUD $250

International orders are shipped via tracked Australia Post which utilizes your countries local postal service.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped together with a link to track your shipment.

International deliveries on average take 5 - 10 working days, however, some Countries will be longer than this depending on your local postal service.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase on full price items.  

Please note we don't offer exchanges, rather refunds only.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days for full price items
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • The product is free from perfume smells or make up marks

Please contact us before you send the product with the reason for return and so that we can provide you with the closest returns processing address: returns@ilandco.com

We will ask you to send the product with its original packing to the closest return facility to you. Using a Tracking option for your parcel is strongly recommended.


Shipping charges
The shipping charges on your first initial order are not refundable.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Any taxes or customs fees will not be refunded or reimbursed.

Sale items
Sale items can be exchanged only within 30 days of purchase if they are still brand new. Some sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded and this will be mentioned in the promotion (ie. 50% off sales don't allow for refund or exchange).

Please email returns@ilandco.com should you wish to refund or exchange a product and include your contact details, your order number and name of item for return and reason for the return or exchange and we will send you instructions on where and how to send your return to us. CARE INSTRUCTIONS & SIZING GUIDE

We recommend hand washing all of our items in cool water and warm iron if needed - except for silk items which should be spot dry cleaned.
