If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase on full price items.
Please note we don't offer exchanges, rather refunds only.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days for full price items
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- The product is free from perfume smells or make up marks
Please contact us before you send the product with the reason for return and so that we can provide you with the closest returns processing address: email@example.com
We will ask you to send the product with its original packing to the closest return facility to you. Using a Tracking option for your parcel is strongly recommended.
The shipping charges on your first initial order are not refundable.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Any taxes or customs fees will not be refunded or reimbursed.
Sale items can be exchanged only within 30 days of purchase if they are still brand new. Some sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded and this will be mentioned in the promotion (ie. 50% off sales don't allow for refund or exchange).
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to refund or exchange a product and include your contact details, your order number and name of item for return and reason for the return or exchange and we will send you instructions on where and how to send your return to us.
